the 1st intreview was w/ the HR manager over a video call. It took almost 1 hour. a week later I got a home assignment that was very complex and took my 4 days! They were really impressed w/ my presentation and wanted to set up an intreview w/ the CEO immediately. The intreview w/ the CEO was very strange (I have been doing some professional intreviews for the past months, but I was never asked these questions. I wasn't asked to tell about myself, about my expirence. My advice for them, try to talk with your candidates in the same level you expect from them. a week later after I reached out by email to ask where are we standing, I got a generic email from the HR- Thank you for you time... we were very impressed w/ your... but... I askesd to get a feedback (after all I invested almost a week preparing a presentation with great ideas!) but they never wrote me back
