It was a standard 30 minute interview with their HR Representative. There wasn’t anytime at the end of the interview for me to ask any questions. Post interview, I did some further research on the company and nepotism and micromanagement run rampant throughout the company. This is why they’re so focused on your KPIs and their own.

Phone screening followed by hr interview with zoom. If you make it through then there is two in person interviews. Keep in mind their business is very transactional with their clients.
