I applied on their site, which was quite easy. The next day I received an email with interest in my resume and an invitation to complete two assessments. I heard bad things about these assessments when the company was acquired a while back. It was quite easy; if you search through these interview reviews, you'll come across a few questions so you can easily prepare for the difficult questions (percentage related). They aren't difficult... but with 15 minutes time allotted, all you're thinking about is choosing an incorrect answer (doesn't count against you) just to get to easier questions where correct answers count.
Other questions are easy - patterns, comparing lists, and basic math.
The other assessment is a personality test which consists of I believe 140 questions that are not timed. They list a personality trait and you have to decide if you are not like that, 80% not like that, 50%, 80% like that, or you are 100% like that. It's a scale from 1-5.
After that, you get no indication of results - if you passed or failed. You just wait.
Results are not shared with the candidates, which is quite upsetting because I had my hopes up because this job was something I was really interested in.
Days after, you get an email saying they received a lot of candidates and have filled all positions and you were not selected - even though I received a compliment on my resume in the first email with the assessment invitation. I've had all required responsibilities and traits from a very similar job held previously.
