I saw there was an interesting opening for someone with LAMP skills on, I believe, Monster. I submitted my resume, and was contacted by a very helpful recruiter in Massachusetts. He asked that I submit some code for review. He then contacted me to schedule an interview, told me to expect it to last about three hours, and gave me some areas that he thought they would question me on. I showed up at the appointed time and was escorted to a meeting room where I was interviewed by four people, only one of which asked me questions.
