Some React, general backend and database architecture questions. It was a fair interview following a technical discussion approach instead of a whiteboard algorithm test, which I liked. I believe I had 2 - 3 rounds of interviews before receiving an offer.

What are the advantages of a relational database in comparison to a NoSQL database. When would you normalize the table and what are some of the drawbacks doing that.
