If the company decides to contact you once they like your resume, you will be brought in for an interview. Dress is casual. You will be asked some general questions by senior and then middle management, and then given a coding test. If you have a decent understanding of algorithmic design, the test is a breeze. At the end of the interview there is a quick office tour, after which I was told to expect to receive an emailed offer letter soon, which I did.
