Unorganized. The person that interviewed me over the phone sounded young and didn't have much experience doing interviews. In person, I was expecting a one on one interview with the President or the person that interviewed me but there was probably 7 or 8 people interviewing me which was very confusing and nerve wrecking because I didn't know who they were.
