The initial call that was scheduled with the recruiter was for a different opening I had applied for, but when it began I was informed that they wanted to offer a different role and that the role I had I applied for was already filed. I was a little offended considering they had plenty of time to inform me before this took place. I decided to hear the recruiter out and after they described the position, they asked me if it was okay that it was more entry level which I took as even more offensive. If it was necessary to ask then I don't see why either of us had to wait until the last minute to have the role completely swapped last second for me. After the interview was wrapped up I was informed that they would let me know if the team hiring would be interested and that the latest this position would be posted would be on March 27th. It is now April 5th and not only did I not hear back but the job has been posted. I assume these are ghost jobs that they post as a way to feign growth.

Colloquio
First initial interview is with the Manager over the phone, they seem to also be the recruiter for the department.
After the first call, if you make it they will email you to schedule a Teams meeting with the Team Lead for department you are being hired with.
After that, you hope to receive an offer letter. They are very open with communication and friendly.
