After an initial phone screening, the Chief of Staff arranged a time for me to speak with the manager who is hiring. After that stage, a candidate is then invited to meet with 7 people over 3.5 hours. It was just a meet and greet, tell me about yourself type of interview. They explain what the company do and let you explain how you understand it. Nothing tricky.
