There are four different interviews that take place; one with the recruiter, two interviews with a project lead, and one executive interview. I wasn't told until the last interview that I would be a Palantir FSR.

Met with a group of about 4-5 individuals at once and was fairly straightforward. Asked about intelligence and data analysis experience. The group was very young maybe average age was 30-35. No pressure at all and I was very relaxed.
