Pathetic HR. She needs to improve her telephonic interview skills. She doesnt know to whom she should call for the interview. She ask candidate to come for the interview & after that she says we are looking for only IT fresher, then why u didn't this before to the candidate.

Colloquio
There were total 5 rounds of interviews. First round was Aptitude in which 30 questions were their on technical (java,c++,sql) and 30 questions were on quants, logical. They gave only 1hr.. Then 2nd round was technical round in which interviewr asked basic questions of Java and SQL. After 2nd round there was another 3rd round on technical which was conducted by senior developer in which interviewer asked to write some basic java program and SQL queries. And then Personality test. And after that last round was also technical which was with CEO. CEO mostly focus on database design concepts. Sir asked me to design school database system with normalisation concept.

There were total 5 rounds of interviews. First round was Aptitude in this total 80 Questions were their that too solve in 1 hour..Then 2 technical rounds. And then Personality test. And after that last round was also technical which was with CEO.
