Be good at mental math and be ready to be personable with fellow employees as well as the customers you interact with on the floor. They have rule where if someone gets within 5 ft of you, you are supposed to smile.

Started with a math test (I get why but I heard that for the industry that’s pretty weird), then a basic questionnaire and inquiry if you have experience. They feed you buzzwords they’re looking for and it just seemed off to me. Kinda shocked because I have the credentials they are looking for but their feedback was that they didn’t like half the answers I gave. They didn’t elaborate whatsoever when I asked for more info and said I can’t reapply for another year. I can’t help but to feel incredibly insulted and embarrassed, especially because I know many of the people who work there personally and they were begging me to apply.
