Three round of Interviews :
1) Hr Interview
2) Senior Management Round
3) MD
MD round would be the toughest and most critical :)
Hr would have basic questions to know your personality type. While, senior management have some questions which will test your marketing skills as well as they will try to understand what other skills you possess and so they will try to map those with the current requirements.
MD round will focus more on the Marketing skills aspect

Questions checking your basic fundas pertaining to Marketing and they will try to check if you are fit as per the company's culture
The process was very lengthy. More than 3 rounds of interviews with multiple people. However, it took bit more time to respond to the things. Hope they work on this aspect.
