I went to take an assessment on my mechanical skills on a computer at the company - my result went well. After I took the exam I sat down with the HR, maintenance supervisor, and manager and they offered me the position.

straight forward and very laid back. Practically know that you have the job before you walk out the door. No waiting for call backs. Pretty simple and standard interview process.
