The interview process was straightforward enough. However, the overall management and organization were an absolute fiasco. It was a very misleading process since I was informed shortly after the interview that the team was working on my offer which indicated that I was selected and would soon receive the offer letter. Needless to say, that did not happen, and was later informed I was not selected for the position. Overall, it was a very unprofessional experience that deceived me and also wasted a lot of my time. This means, that unless you have the offer in your hands, do not trust the comments from the hiring team for this company.

I applied online and was emailed shortly thereafter about scheduling a phone interview. The interview consisted of 4-5 behavioral questions, then I was offered the job at the end of the interview questions.
