I was contacted by a recruiter first to see if I was interested. A week or so later, I had a phone interview with an engineer. I was then contacted about scheduling for the Super Day event. The event took place at Rentschler Field in East Hartford, CT with multiple candidates being interviewed for various positions across the company. The setting was an open space with round tables for each interviewee. The whole process started at 8am until about 11am. There were some presentations in the beginning about the company followed by individual interviews. I interviewed with 3 managers (one at a time) from various groups, each about 30-40min. The whole process was well organized and the individual interviews were casual. I got an offer about a month later.

Process took about four weeks. I was invited to superday event, interviewed by four different senior engineers and managers about 40 minutes with each person. Company paid for my flight, stay and car rental.
