Hiring process is long, longer than needs to be but with a company this size it’s not out of the norm. I would say very unorthodox, at least in my situation. First completed a virtual video chat interview with a manager in operations. Then no communication for 3 weeks and randomly I get a job offer for the position. Offer letter has a start date about a month in the future, I complete all tasks (drug screen, background check, pre-employment physical). I give my 2 weeks and leave my job. The day I was suppose to start I get an email saying they rescinded the job offer. It was completely unprofessional and honestly just careless. Left me with no job and no answers.
