The interview process was clear and well-structured, consisting of three stages with a different panel at each stage. I also had a presentation to deliver as part of the process which gave me a good insight into what I might expect in the role. I found the interviewers to be approachable and engaging, giving me valuable insight into the company culture. The process moved quickly, and I received feedback promptly after each stage. When considering my options, I felt this opportunity stood out due to the company’s growth and the potential to make a meaningful impact—more so than in some of the other roles I was exploring. While there was no flexibility on the working pattern, this was communicated transparently from the outset, so I knew what to expect.
