After submitting a cover letter and resume, I was contacted via email to schedule an interview, which I was told would be an hour long. The interview was conducted by three people, the head of the development department, someone from programs, and a representative from HR/Recruitment. They had a list of printed questions and took turns asking each question. Follow up questions were asked after several of my responses. It was a challenging interview, but fair. Very thoughtful questions and nothing too esoteric or bizarre.
