Applied for online and I have received an interview online in three days the first part of the interview consists of four questions where you have to record yourself and submit it online
It was friendly and basically, it was not a tense setting. They were not too keen on my experience but on my can-do attitude. I was majorly asked if I know what an autistic behaviour is and how to handle one.
Long day with a lot of tasks, very subjective and not really related to care and the job. The interview says they are looking for certain personalities but I passed it once and failed the second time
