Seems like this outfit is run out of someone's basement. Communication between employer/employees is almost non existant. Dell was awarded help desk and desktop support outsourcing for Wellpoint (this outfit keeps acquiring new companies and the information integration is a real can of worms), and people just didn't communicate with each other. It seems that ALL management concerned, is about me, me, me and the h*** with anyone else. My experience in working with large corporations is a lot of backstabbing and brown nosing. In order to servive, one must cover their butt at all times.
