Concise and to the point, I was given a chance to shadow and observe the company undergo its day to day activity. This was good as I was able to walk away from the interview with enough information to make an informed decision.

After applying i have been contacted by the hiring manager for a simple 10 min call to get to know each other, after that i have been called for the second interview which lasted 1hr and a half or so where you answer their questions on your background and you get insight knowledge of the company . After that you have to fill a questionnaire to send to them after the presentation. The third interview is with the ceo of the company which might do an offer

Consisted of two stages, stage one being a 5/10 minute face-to-face brief on the job and what to expect, as well as some general questions. Stage two was a full day outdoor assessment, followed by another interview.
The first stage could have been done via phone or video call to save time and money, as I imagine many candidates do not live that close to the central office, and would have to pay and travel for quite a short/brief interview. The job advert could also specify certain accepts of the role a bit better, i.e. specifying the outdoor sales aspects so that candidates more suited will apply and candidates less suited will not.
