Applied online and a few weeks later got a call from an HR rep. We spoke for about ten minutes to set up a phone interview a few days later with a plant manager. Very easy phone interview; the operations of the plant were explained and very few technical questions were asked.

Good place for experience I guess the best thing to do is try to get in and move up by hard work. Just be consistent and meet results. As an intern you can either be proactive or just sit there and do nothing .

Scheduled an on-campus interview. When I got there they said I was double booked and they couldn't meet with me that day. They then scheduled a phone interview a week later and never gave me a call.
