Standard interview questions, although Roq didn't really seem to care what my answers were from the get go. It was 15 minutes long but no direct questions related to CRM or lead generation. After the interview I had an assignment that should have taken 1 hour-1 1/2 hours to contact potential leads. This is the email I got afterwards:

Find 3 competitors for each of the below companies:

Identify 2 PredictLeads prospects
Cold email example to 6sense.com
Find an appropriate person at 6sense.com, to which you'd send a cold email for PredictLeads.com.
Write a cold email to this person in English [subject in body].

Called me and had an interview call - next day the HR manager left the company. I enquired about my application to CEO and he said that due to the restructuring they will hold off with new recruitments. And I get that but maybe that should be decided before starting the recruitment process. I was really hoping to get a job there too.
