The interview focused a lot on my personality and ability to work within a team. Technical questions were simply meant to expose my prior experience and development preferences. They expect you to ask questions about the product & Predictable Revenue book. The coding test was fantastic. You get a chance to work directly on the product which gives you insight into their engineering culture. Did I mention they pay you for taking the time to take this test? That was nice.
