Make you run a mile for absolutely no reason. Not a process you wanna do during the interview. Embarrassing PowerPoint presentation and follow up questions. Didn’t even ask if I drove manual or could prove I did. And then on the job many employees did not know how to drive manual.

Pretty straightforward interview process. First we were required to run the mile in under 8 minutes and then we had a brief 5-10 minutes interview. Basic questions making sure you're honest and hardworking.
