First a technical phone interview followed by in-person interactive technical interview by two or more "peers" followed by in-person interview with two potential managers. Peers asked relevant questions to evaluate my background and current abilities.

The process was great!! They drill down to most of the concept in data warehouse. They ask all the core DW practice, data modeling, dimension modeling, query optimization, indexing, dimension and facts, type one and type two SCD, more on ETL related to tfs, Nice and related questions, no out of scope questions.
