They role played a patient and gave me specific key words within the conversation to discern what the patient’s problem was.

Quick process for both interviews. The first was with the hiring team and the second one with one of the Care Manager’s supervisor. Both interviewers where very friendly, helpful and transparent. They went over all expectations, bottlenecks, salary and schedule.
