Very basic and unprofessional. Verbal interview. Interviewed was late in the afternoon and there were two people interviewing me. Questions were straight forward. The usual talk me through your career and what you have done. What qualities do you bring to the role. The whole process was very quick as I was interviewed, then taken on tour and offered the role by the time I got back to the car park.

Initial call with internal HR followed by first stage interview to talk through CV and career highlights. If successful then on to stage 2 which would consist of competency based questions and tests. First interview was not accurate as this was the competency based interview which lasted for over an hour.
