Quite informal chat with hotel manager - pleasant and friendly. No very unusual questions. She didn't talk much about specifics of the job but, as this is a new hotel and they are employing quite a large new team, there is to be an assessment day in about ten days time in the hotel itself where there will be "experiences" in the different roles.
