I applied on their web site and got a call a few hours after. Next day I had an interview over the phone and after we were done they sent me a link to add my references. Once it was done I went to a second interview in person. I got a job offer within two days after. Both interviews were very simple and had basic questions.

Very thorough and great people! All questions were answered and quick turn around for a decision. I really enjoyed getting to know the practice and the approach they take. If circumstances were different I feel I would have loved working there and would have succeeded. Seems they like to encourage and uplift their staff
