Quick and easy! The human resource department set up a zoom interview and it was completed within a few days. The questions were pretty typical and mostly focused on my experiences in Fieldwork. It took a total of about 30 minutes.

I was reached out by the company's recruiter online and she scheduled an interview with the rehab manager. On the day of the interview I met the rehab director in the lobby, we walked to the interviewing area and had an interview that lasted about 20 minutes.

It was a phone call screening with job offer for initial PRN position. I was then offered a full time position without an additional interview a few months after starting.
