Premise Health has an incredibly frustrating interviewing process. Once the recruiter interviews you they pass you off to the hiring manager and from there the hiring manager is expected to give future communications and updates. That was the first frustrating thing as I know the manager must have a million things to do beyond hiring a new team member. Often the hiring manager would send a communication or during an interview let me a timeframe when I will hear back on next steps only for that to not happen. It would take an extra week or two in between false deadlines that were set by the hiring manager. The whole process took 3-4 months and with an economy with layoffs and people job hunting there was no urgency or priority to fill this role. They even added another interview round after being told the prior one was the final round. This is a middle level role and not a higher leadership role. There shouldn't be this much time in between or interviews, Towards the end I got a job offer and reached out to let them know I would need to make a decision. They rushed me to the final interview, but it felt like they were just trying to complete it instead of actually taking the time to speak and make decisions. Overall, I was disappointed as this seemed like a good company to potentially work for, but the hiring process was off-putting.
