Talked about my resume, talked about the role. Was mostly their head recruiter talking about the role and what they look for. They seem to just want you to be making phone calls every day and cold call small businesses. It is commission-based as well.

Was brought in to meet with the office manager who instantly low-balled me on the pay. It seems to be a job where you sit at a desk all day long 12 hours a day calling business owners and demanding their personal information so that you can sell them a loan. Was told in order to be successful I needed to work from 9 AM to 9 PM every day. The office was filled with 22 year old college kids who all looked the same-- same haircut same white shirt same White skin. No diversity among the workers at all. All the same age and race. Manager who interviewed me did not want to answer any questions about the position I was applying for other than to promise me the moon and most likely deliver swiss cheese.
