The interview process for the Intern position was straightforward and focused primarily on fit. It consisted of two rounds of behavioral interviews with different team members. They asked standard questions about my previous experience, how I handle deadlines, and my interest in the financial services industry. The recruiters were professional, and the atmosphere was conversational rather than high-pressure.

First a 15 minute phone screening with the recruiter. Then a 30 minute interview with a member of the office (in person or zoom). Overall very friendly people who really want you to work with them.
