I was contacted by phone and set up an interview for one day later (the same week). I went in for an in person interview and it went very well. I was told to come in for a second interview about three days later. It seemed to have gone well. About four days later I received an email indicating that they had "gone with another candidate" when in fact they had reposted the ad a few hours later on that same day.
