They didn't interview me. I did my clinicals there and they offered me a job on the stop. Very low offer unfortunately though. Well below any minimum rate I have ever seen.

First a phone call, then a peer interview, then another interview with manager, then HR calls to make you an offer. I asked for more money, so I had to wait, but then they came through on that.
