The interview process began with a phone screen with a recruiter. My information was then sent to the hiring manager and I interviewed via webcam using Skype. I also interviewed over Skype with a senior speech language therapist and the operations manager before being invited out to HQ in San Francisco for additional interviews with other employees I would be closely working with. The interviews at HQ were a combination of one on one and group interviews. I had a scenario question presented by one of the founders that required me to role play, but overall the interview questions were not too difficult in my opinion. Although I was officially "interviewing" I felt this was an excellent opportunity to learn more about the company and also give others a opportunity to learn more about me. The excitement they shared about working in the company made me really want the position!

The interview process was rather lengthy, which at first was intimidating, but I grew to love it. Throughout the interview process I was able to meet and interact with key members of the company, get a better understanding of the various requirements of the job, and become more invested in the opportunity. Each interview made the most of the time available and left me with all of my questions answered. I have never experienced such a thorough and informative interview process in all of my prior years. I really appreciate all of the insight and transparency Presence Learning offered throughout the process.
