Quick and straight forward. 2 rounds of interviews. One with the area manager and another with the district manager. They will also discuss salary expectations and if you see franchising as an option for the future. They will give an in depth description of the role and what is expected

pretty simple if you have any competency and experience in retail or restaurant. you will meet with district manager. they will then proceed to introduce the company and other area managers. you can choose your area at the interview, if your a good fit they will let you know they will call you
