Constantly changed interview time, interviewed with several people via in person and video. They were all very nice, but I knew I didn't have the job when the vp of sales asked me "so you know so and so?" (I didn't). Seemed like a good company to work for, but not flexible with hours at all. And none of the people had been in their positions very long. (two years or less) That sorta raised a red flag for me.

There were three rounds of phone and or video interviews. Last interview was in office with entire staff. Relatively painless interview process. But they were dishonest/ misleading about the position - roles, required quotas, etc.
