Getting hired was a very good experience. The one problem I had was once I was hired it was disclosed to me that my boss (the one I interviewed with) was leaving the company and my boss started the same day I did. Process for getting hired was pretty smooth and so was asking questions about insurance, etc.

The most difficult problem I had was during my employment there just didn't seem to be enough work. I suggested numerous things to my boss that started the same day I did only to get told to not give my opinion. Because of the lack of work for me I was laid off
