You will fly to Florida twice, once to Tampa to meet with a psychiatrist to take a full 8 hours worth of testing which is a waste of time. Then you will wait another 3 to 4 weeks for them to call you. After your hired you will have your orientation process 1 to 4 months after your hired, even though their policy states it must be done before you start working.
