Applied through online portal and contacted by the company for the interview. It has 3 round screening/hr, technical and last owner will meet you. The interview is easy, but their behaviour is not upto the mark, they are very negetive at their approach and they'll try to convince you that what you are drawing you doesn't deserve that also so we will offer you 10-20% DECREMENT and you'll get lot of chance to learn here. Don't fall for this trap, I believe they doesn't have budget for recruiting senior developer that's why they are saying all these. There are many negetive reviews you can go through. I would suggest if you have other options please go for that, if still not convinced then you can try your luck.
