la prima valutano la candidatura, poi si deve completare un test online, poi un altro test situazionale da rispondere attraverso una video, poi un colloquio personale con l'HR e poi l'ultimo colloquio con l'HR e lo store manager

One on one with the team manager of the department which i was about to get hired. He asked me situasional question like "How would you deal with an angry customer?" or "How do you cooperate in team when you have a bad day"
