I applied online and received an email later that day with different contracts and asked to choose which ones I would be willing to do. I was then sent an email asking about interview availability and then booked an interview slot. It was a one-on-one, 15-30 minute interview with one of the managers. They went through a booklet with questions, mostly competency-based. It was a relaxed, informal interview.

One on one with the team manager of the department which i was about to get hired. He asked me situasional question like "How would you deal with an angry customer?" or "How do you cooperate in team when you have a bad day"

In the interview, I was told about the working hours and was asked several behavioural questions, as well as why I want to work at Primark and what I know about the Company and its values.
The process begins with an online assessment to evaluate initial skills and qualifications, and candidates who pass this stage are then invited to attend a formal in-person interview for further evaluation.
