You meet so many nice people! In my experience the managers were really nice but were 'firm but fair' when needed to be, which is obviously a good thing.

One on one with the team manager of the department which i was about to get hired. He asked me situasional question like "How would you deal with an angry customer?" or "How do you cooperate in team when you have a bad day"
