Welcomed into a room with several other applicants
Waited to be called and then went in.
Interviewers were very smiley and made me feel very welcome and thanjed me for coming.
They asked lots of shop floor based questions and how I would deal with difficult customers
Short quite informal interview in the building with one of the management or recruitment team - asked basic scenario questions and about previous experience. Nothing particularly hard as long as you have some pre-thought out answers.
