When I got too were the Interview was, i was taken to a small room with about 25 other people and watch a video for 10 minutes then after we was all taken too a bigger room that had about 30 - 40 Interviewers.
Questions you would expect in majority retail roles. Questions about shop floor interactions. Customer interactions etc. There's only a few questions. Interview focuses the most on your soft skills and your approach to the retail environment.

very smooth, just went up to the checkout area and said i have an interview, we sat in the back and i just got asked a few questions, very friendly it felt more personal and easier to talk compared to other interviews i have had
