The interview was 15 minutes long and they ask you basic questions and what you know about Primark first. IT is good to do research first and then they ask questions mainly about skills and when or where you have used them.

Questions you would expect in majority retail roles. Questions about shop floor interactions. Customer interactions etc. There's only a few questions. Interview focuses the most on your soft skills and your approach to the retail environment.

very smooth, just went up to the checkout area and said i have an interview, we sat in the back and i just got asked a few questions, very friendly it felt more personal and easier to talk compared to other interviews i have had
