Easy and not very formal one on one interview with a few star based questioning and a few basic informal questions to describe yourself and your day to day Also as is it customer service they want to see how you would handle difficult customers and how you work as a team
It’s only one interview with one of the managers. They will ask you very basic questions the interview lasted less than 30 minutes. they will let you know the outcome very soon.
Easy, first you had to complete a situational judgement test online then only 1 interview. very quick 10 mins long. Questions are more about you and your skills and some situational judgement questions
